Option 1: STM 356 Bus

- Want to see the beautiful city of Montreal on a budget while travelling downtown? Then the Société de transport de Montréal’s (STM) Bus 356 is your ride! This milk run with no luggage storage is a very affordable option to travel from Montreal airport to downtown. Do not expect any convenience or luxury that the 747 Express Bus (re: fastest) affords. The 356 is primarily meant for commuters and workers to/from the airport. If you’re looking for a great way to see the neighbourhoods of West Island, Dorval, Lachine, Ville-Marie, and Montreal West all for the low price of $3.75 then this bus is for you.Once the 356 makes its way into downtown Montreal the bus travels along Sherbrooke Avenue with the final stop at Frontenac Metro Station on the Green Line 1. Option 2: STM 747 Express Bus

- Operating 24/7 365 days a year Société de transport de Montréal (STM)’s 747 bus runs from YUL to the Montreal Coach Terminal (Gare d’autocars de Montréal) with stops at Berri-UQAM Metro Station, Lionel-Groulx Metro Station and streetside in the downtown Montreal core. The STM 747 bus is by far the fastest and most direct route to downtown Montreal. Travel time is approximately 45-70 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
